You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is intended for self-employed individuals and small businesses.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

• Helzam PocketPro Premium is billed at $39.99/month via Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
• A one-time 7-day paid trial is available for $7 and converts automatically to the monthly plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Only one trial per user or household is permitted.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code; (c) upload malicious code; (d) share your account with unauthorised third parties; (e) use the Service to violate the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Helzam PocketPro provides bookkeeping and reporting tools. It is not a substitute for professional tax, legal, or accounting advice. Tax estimates are informational only. Always consult a qualified professional before filing.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (banks, payment processors, analytics). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of those services.

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Helzam and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your access ceases and outstanding fees remain due.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helzam's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
